Salon Cancellation Policy
Effective 1/1/2022
We Look forward to seeing you for your appointment - If you need to cancel - A 24 hour notice is required to cancel - otherwise there is a 50% Charge for service booked for that day!
Any coloring serving booked there will be a deposit required, this will go against the color service for that day booked, if you are a no show for that appointment deposit will not be refunded.
Thanks for understanding our policy, as our time is valuable for other clients as well.
OUR STORY
Studio 409 is a locally owned wig salon. Owner Jack Morlan has been doing hair for over 48 years. For the last 30+ years he has specialized in hair loss and fitting cancer patients with wigs. The salon has been recognized multiple times by "Look Good Feel Good", KCCI, WHO, and others for his work in the community.
Jack was just working as a stylist when his sister came to him and told him those words "I have cancer". At the time she was working as a nurse and told Jack "You need to start doing wigs for women because we have no one here to turn to." At first he was hesitant but then his compassionate heart took over after doing some research. The rest is history. He is now joined by Katy, Beth, Tricia & Taylor.
